Meet The Team

Sam

Official Greeter and Animal Companion

Sam has been at Alpha for a few years now, greeting and comforting cats, dogs and their human companions. In between his busy schedule of napping and chasing dryer balls, he will assist reception staff with their computer duties and quality testing left over food.

Kristine

RVT

I’m the Registered Vet Technician and the manager at the clinic. I get the best of both worlds with being in the back, where all the action takes place, and snuggling the pets at reception. I spend my days off with my son and our two furry friends, Henri and Bijioux. I’m a big animal lover and an expert handler. When I’m not handling pets I’m handling the clinic!

Narges

Assistant/Receptionist

I left the engineering field to follow my passion and work with animals, enhancing their lives and learning something new every day. I have been here at Alpha since August 2021 and have been blessed with great coworkers who taught me everything I needed to know. When I’m not at reception or snuggling all the big dogs in the back, I’m busy solving all the technical and mechanical problems at work.

Jamie

Receptionist, OPS (Official Pet Snuggler)

I have been an animal lover all my life, so this is the perfect job for me! I have 2 human boys and multiple furry boys at home. My family and I volunteer with animal rescues in the Fraser Valley, so we always have animals in our lives. Working at the front desk gives me the opportunity to give your furry friends a loving snuggle before their appointment and chat with all our wonderful clients!

Brenda

Vet Assistant, CIO (Chief Inspiration Officer)

I am passionate about my work, because I love what I do. I’ve been in this field for 9 years, working at Alpha Animal Hospital for the past 4 of them. I manly work in the back loving on all the fur babies preparing for surgery or treating the sick little ones . I’m a positive, resourceful person and do my best to help everyone. When I’m not at work you will find me at home with my family and fur loves.

Jessica

Vet Assistant

I have always had a love for animals, so that’s why I decided to follow my passion and become a vet assistant. I’ve been working at Alpha Animal Hospital since February 2022 and graduated the VHCA program in October 2022. When I’m not at work, I’m hanging out with my husband and fur babies whom I love immensely.
